Mia Gifford serves as the Chief of Staff at Helena, where she thrives on tackling complex challenges and collaborating across teams to bring bold ideas to life.
With a background in biological sciences and healthcare, as well as early career experience in consumer goods, Mia enjoys bringing a fresh perspective to helping businesses grow whether that’s scaling startups, launching new product categories, or fostering a dynamic workplace culture in a growing organization. In her role, Mia is proud to have led projects ranging from taking products from R&D to market, to managing post-acquisition transitions—all while ensuring teams stay connected, motivated, and aligned. She’s driven by a passion for learning, a collaborative mindset, and a belief that solving tough problems together leads to the most impactful results.
Outside of work, Mia stays connected to her academic roots by co-authoring research publications in partnership with Johns Hopkins Medical School Neuropsychiatry. In her free time, you’ll find her painting, meditating, skiing, or experimenting in the kitchen—always exploring new ways to combine wellness, creativity, and curiosity.
