Lauren Osaka Porsella
Lauren is the Chief of Staff to the CEO and COO. As Chief of Staff, Lauren supports the internal operations of Helena.
Prior to Helena, Lauren was the Strategy and Growth Manager at Dr. Squatch, where she ran and launched alternative sales channels. Lauren started her business career at Bain and Company, where she worked on projects in private equity, automotive, data storage and cybersecurity.
In her previous life as a classical flutist, Lauren spent several years performing in New York City. She performed with notable ensembles like the New York Philharmonic, the American Ballet Theater, and the Cayuga Chamber Orchestra.
Lauren holds degrees in musical performance from USC, Mannes School of Music at the New School, and Manhattan School of Music.
