



I needed to read this nearly twice to truly begin to understand its meaning, mostly due to my idiocy and partially due to my beginning knowledge of Zen philosophy. But once it is understood, the core message of Harding is locked into your conscious, impossible to revert back from. Given that, it’s remarkable how short this work actually is, considering the complexity that arises once you come into contact with the “no-self” argument, one I am only beginning to confront.
