Rochelle Shen

Rochelle Shen was a deployment strategist at Palantir, where she worked on projects like gun control, financial analytics, fraud detection and healthcare innovation.

Rochelle was the youngest employee at Civis Analytics, one of the first companies to apply machine learning to the elections. She built technologies to help politicians better understand and connect with their constituents. She later worked in fintech, helping financially disadvantaged people pay back loans.

She studied computational neuroscience at the University of Pennsylvania, where she did research in genomics and neuroeconomics, and helped found a startup incubator.
